Co-Innovation One Step Single drug Test is a competitive immunoassay that is used to screen for the
presence of various drugs and drug metabolites in urine. It is chromatographic absorbent device in which,drugs within a urine sample, competitively combined to a limited number of drug monoclonal antibody conjugate binding sites.
During testing, a urine specimen migrates upward by capillary action. A drug, if present in the urine specimen below its cut-off concentration, will not saturate the binding sites of its specific antibody. The antibody will then
react with the drug protein conjugate and a visible colored line will show up in the test region of the specific
drug strip. The presence of drug above the cut-off concentration will saturate all the binding sites of the antibody.Therefore, the colored line will not form in the test region.
A colored line will appear at the Control Zone region if the test has been performed properly.

The Drugs of Abuse kit is a rapid visual immunoassay for the qualitative, presumptive detection of any combination of drugs of abuse in human urine specimens at the cut-off concentrations listed below:
HOW TO DO THE TEST?
Test must be in room temperature (15ºC to 30ºC)
1. After the urine has been collected, tighten lid to the indicator, and place the test cup on a flat surface. IMPORTANT: The cap should be secured to twist within range of position. The higher, the tighter.
2. Read temperature immediately to verify that urine temperature is within the acceptable range. 90 - 100o F (32 - 38oC)
3. Peel off label and read the results. The drug test results should be read at 5 minutes. The drug test results remain stable for up to thirty minutes. See the illustration below.
